Hiten D.Varia serves as i2 executive vice president of Global Customer Operations and chief customer officer. His responsibilities include creating strategic and tactical plans for revenue growth, developing an operating plan that drives cross-functional integration, and representing i2 with existing and prospective customers.
His teams serve customers with a consultative, innovation-focused approach with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and delivering valuable outcomes. From 2005 to August 2007 Varia was Executive Vice President of i2’s Greater Asia Pacific region, with responsibility for ensuring the customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality and most innovative supply chain management solutions and services to i2 customers in that region. Passionate about making i2 customers outrageously successful, Varia is credited with the development of i2’s Business Release Methodology, a system that ensures customers receive value from their implementation of i2 solutions.
Suresh Sachdev is the driving force behind Novire and plays the role for Chief Executive. Along with this, Suresh is instrumental in setting up Autoplant Systems Pvt. Ltd. and growing it into one of the leaders in solving operational problems by automation. He has over 18 year of experience in supply chain & software solutions. He started his career with TCS and later joined i2 Technologies in Dallas. After several years in Japan, US and Singapore, Suresh took over as country manager for i2 in India. He drove the India business of i2 to record highs by signing up clients like Tata Steel, Essar Steel, and Grasim & Reliance. He brings his twin passions of logistics and technology to Novire and wants to leave a lasting impact on the India logistics industry.
Ms.Uma Rajan, Director-Business Development
Ms.Uma Rajan experienced Private Equity Investor Consultant and Advisor. Spearheaded Seven Hills Private Equity group,Experienced in cross-border investing in various strategies, private equity, distressed investing, and incubating new companies. Rich experience in identifying the opportunities in the Indian market for Seven Hills. Also worked with JWT as Account Director handling Unilever. Considerable Real Estate experience in building Tristar Builders into a leading Real Estate company in the Southern India.
Uma earned her masters from Tata Institute, Mumbai and has 20+ years of experience.

Prabhu Natarajan has over 22 years of experience, out of which 16 years was in supply chain working with i2 Technologies worldwide and then with JDA (USA), He has held various management positions in Americas & Asia Pacific. He has over 10 years of software, implementation services & managed services & hosting services sales, business development and delivery management experience with P&L responsibility. He is well experienced in negotiating complex Global Deals with customers & partners for software, services, hosting, business process outsourcing & custom maintenance services. He has extensive analytical skills in the areas of financial management, cost and benchmark data analysis.
